Stone Bank has been named to the prestigious “Best Places to Work” list published annually by Arkansas Business magazine. The bank applied for the recognition by completing a rigorous survey created and administered by the Workforce Research Group (WRG). The bank was also recognized last year.
The survey included: 1) Self-Exam (a narrative written by management, 2) an Employee Survey and 3) WRG does a comparison of your bank’s narrative and employee survey responses vs. the same data from a group of your peer organizations.
Stone Bank has achieved remarkable growth and recognition over the past 15 years. Since its founding in 2011 in Mountain View, the bank has expanded from a small community bank with assets under $90 million to a statewide entity with seven locations and assets totaling $800 million.
The bank fosters a supportive work environment with initiatives like “The 10 Be’s of Boulder Banking” standards, which recognize exemplary customer service. Stone Bank is also a key sponsor of the Tjuana Byrd Minority Internship Program through the Women’s Foundation of Arkansas, hiring four minority interns into full-time positions. The bank offers competitive benefits, including 15-30 days of paid-time off, medical programs paid at 90%-100% and leadership development opportunities.
